- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 60 factory new passenger cars equipped and intended for driving test category B, for the needs of the Provincial Road Traffic Center in Katowice meeting the following conditions:
- vehicles that are the subject of the contract must beFactory new, produced after January 1, 2024, complete, free from legal, physical, construction, material and executive defects and technically efficient,
- these vehicles must be standard vehicles offered by a vehicle manufacturer for customers in Poland,
- vehiclesthese may not have any modifications and modifications made without the knowledge and consent of the vehicle manufacturer, except for the equipment related to the need to adapt vehicles to drive the exams, i.e. they must have:
• installed examination system for the examination of the exam,
• additional pedalworking brake and an additional clutch pedal,
• distinguishing board l and additional mirrors,
• protection of varnish by wrapping with PPF protective foil sensitive vehicle components
