- 1) The subject of the contract is delivery along with the assembly and launch of a wind turbine simulator for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin.
2) a detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the requirements of the Employer in the scope of implementation and acceptance is determined by:
- description of the subject of the contract- Annex No. 1a toSWZ,
- The planned provisions of the contract specified in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. Failure to meet the above the minimum requirements will result in rejectionOffers as incompatible with the terms of the order pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law,

4) provided by the Ordering Party of any names (trademarks), are sample, and their indication is intended to determine the expectedof the standard, while the contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers in the scope of the description of the subject of the contract.
5) The subject of the contract was determined by indicating objective technical and qualitative features as well as the standards for which the determination is allowed to indicate sampletrademarks.
6) In the event that the contracting authority refers in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3, equivalent solutions are alloweddescribed.
