- 1.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery of computer equipment according to Annex 2 (technical specification - description of the subject of the order col. 2) to SWZ and includes:
1) delivery of the equipment in place indicated by the Employer,
2) installation and launch of equipment (if required in the specificationtechnical),
3) granting a warranty on the supplied equipment,
4) transfer to the ordering party required media, documentation and textbooks with the necessary accessories (if required in the technical specification),
