- 1. Order of the contract: Delivery of drugs for non-commercial clinical trial of Nintoc-TU. Project financed by the Medical Research Agency (contract for co -financing No. 2022/ABM/01/00004.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in this SWZ and:
1) Annex 1 - offer form;
2) attachmentNo. 2-assortment and price form for part 1-2;
3) Annex 3-contract draft.
3. The application allows for partial offers.
4. The contractor may submit an offer in relation to all parts (packages) of the order. The contracting authority does not limit the number of part of the order onwhich the contractor may submit an offer and does not specify the maximum number of part of the order to which the order may be awarded to one contractor.
