- 1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of liquid fuels and gas.
2. The subject of the order consists of three tasks that can be carried out together or separately, i.e.: Destruction 1: Delivery of diesel
The subject of the order is the supply of PN-EN 590 diesel for:
1) urbanZakład Communication Społka z o.o. in Koszalin in the amount of 3,500 m³ / period of validity of the contract;
2) Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Społka z o.o. In the quantity:
- diesel oil stored in the tanks of MZK Sp. z o.o. in Koszalin at ul. Gniezno 9 - PN -EN 590 in quantity540 m³ / period of validity of the contract;
- diesel oil stored at a gas station located at the Regional Waste Recovery Department in Sianow ul. z o.o in the amount of 65 m³ / periodof the contract. Diesel will be stored in the MZK Sp. z o.o. in Koszalin at ul. Gnieźnieńska 9
Supplied diesel oil must meet the requirements of currently in force Polish Standards, i.e. PN-EN 590
and qualitative requirements for diesel oils specified in the regulationMinister of Economy of 09.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, i.e. The technical and chemical parameters of the supplied diesel cannot be worse than specified in the attachments to the abovementioned regulation.
