- The subject of the order is the delivery of 20 pieces of factory new mobile fire trainers of LPG and acetylene. The purchase is implemented as part of the project called "Increasing the effectiveness of conducting long -term rescue operations - stage II". The subject of the contract was described in detail inAnnex 2 to SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract. Minimum technical and utility requirements for a mobile fire trainer LPG and acetylene - 20 pieces." Other terms of the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, the template of whichis Annex 3 to SWZ. The supplied trainers must be brand new, year of production not earlier than 2024, free from physical and legal defects and third parties' claims. Pursuant to art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act in places where the subject of the contract is described by means of European standardstechnical assessments, approval, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions described. Indication of the equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with art. 101 para. 5 of the PZP Act rests with the contractor. In the case of a description of the subject of the contract forThe help of standards as equivalent solutions is considered to be the meeting of the minimum requirements specified in the standard at the level not worse than described in the relevant standards.
