Supply of photovoltaic panels with energy warehouses along with the installation and performance of carports-car composed of solar with solar in the parking lot in front of the hospital building at ul. Zegadłowicza 3 in Sosnowiec, as part of the project entitled "Sustainable hospital: Construction of a photovoltaic system for the Sosnowiec City Hospital"
1. The subject of the order is the supply of panelsphotovoltaic with energy warehouses together with the installation and performance of carports -car of car composed with photovoltaics in the parking lot in front of the hospital building at ul. Zegadłowicza 3 in Sosnowiec,
as part of the project entitled "Sustainable hospital: Construction of a photovoltaic system for SosnowieckiMunicipal Hospital "
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1.1 to SWZ Functional and utility program.
3. Requirements regarding the subject of the contract:
delivery and assembly (together with the project) will be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in force in this respect, in particular;
