- The public procurement is subject to: "Delivery of specialized vehicles - utility metal machines".
Should be delivered 3 pcs. Utilities that meet the requirements set out in the technical specification.
The contracting authority has set out in the attached technical specificationRequirements to which the proposed specialized vehicles should meet, namely: basic requirements for the vehicle; Requirements for additional washing and pressure disinfection facilities, snow cleaning and sanding; Requirements to the guarantee of offeredspecialized vehicle; requirements for maintenance and repair; warranty liability requirements and guarantee requirements, as well as other requirements.
According to Article 2, Par.3, b.Any vehicles moving on their own, designed and manufactured specifically for performing work, which, due to their structural characteristics, are not suitable for a vehicle for passengers or a vehicle of goods and which do not represent machines mounted on the chassis of a motor vehicle.In view of which, the subject of this public procurement does not fall within the scope of the Ordinance on Clean Vehicles.supplies - Documents :
