- CZ i: Delivery of teaching aids for basic pursuits from the Siewierz commune: a) the subject of the pollination in honor and includes the purchase and supply of teaching aid for basic pursuits from the commune of Siewierz.b). A detailed description of the subject of the fleece (OPZ) is specified in the beginning No. 1a to the specification of the conditions Winning (SWZ), which will be an appointment to the contract with the contractors. c) The Contractor will grant a 2 -year warranty for teaching aids, with efficient disposable products or succumbing to which the ordering one does not require a warranty (i.e. spatula, disinfectant preparation, products, duration, du. Filament, balloons, brocades, adhesives, plasticines). d) All teaching aids and equipment must be brand new, free from defects and approved for use in wrapping squares. Must have appropriate approvals, certificates, quality buckets and all requirements for the applicable standards by law. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with all necessary documents regarding the supplied goods at approvals, utility instructions, etc. allowing the use of the subject Deliveries.
