- The Social, Health and Rescue Services of the City of Helsinki will request tenders to the Department Services of the Eastern District in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition is the Eastern District of the City of Helsinki Social, Health and Rescue IndustryProviding plant maintenance services at the office, including maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning, and washing of normally washable windows and spacers. On the basis of the tender, a framework arrangement of three (3) service providers shall be established if at least three (3) approved offers arrive.The acquisition shall be made for the two (2) year contract period. It is possible to continue the agreement when the subscriber so far in the current option period.
