- Design and construction of apartments at ul. Ogrodowa / Malinowa in Czeladz - for stage II, on plots No. 12394 and 12395, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in this SWZ, local plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Stage II will be divided into the following 2Tasks:
Task 1-Execution of executive design documentation in the field of buildings for stage II (buildings A6-A7 and A8) and construction and performance documentation in the field of connections and networks for stage II,
Task 2-construction works in the scope of stage II (building A6-A7 and A8), development, development,connections and networks to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for the building. A6-A7 and A8, obtaining a decision on the use permit for the building. A6-A7 and A8.
