Project References for Managing & maintaining SIEM Solutions. Project References for Managing & maintaining NDR Solutions. Project References for Managing & maintaining PAM Solutions. Project References for Managing & maintaining Vulnerability Management Solutions. Project References for Managing & maintaining PKI Solutions. Project References for Managing & maintaining Security Awareness Solutions. Project References for Incident Response Services. Project References for Red Teaming Service and Solutions. Bidder must provide the information for each project Reference including Customer Name, Project date, Contact Details, short description of the services provided, copy of official contract. 48 5. The Bidder should have at least 1 certified engineer having the following certifications: Certified Technical Engineer for the Proposed EDR Certified Technical Engineer for the Proposed Vulnerability Assessment Certified Technical Engineer for the Proposed PAM Certified Technical Engineer for the Proposed SIEM Certified Technical Engineer for the Proposed NDR Staff must be under Bidder-s residency, Bidder must provide CVs, Civil IDs and Certificates. 6. The Bidder must have a valid Partnership level and Competencies "Highest Level•, Specializations for all proposed solutions, equipment and licenses. Authorization Letter and Support letter need to be submitted and signed by vendor proposed solution. A documentary proof for this is required and should be presented as part of the bidder's proposal. 7. The bidder must submit along with his submission complete details on the support services including Support Coverage, Escalation Procedures and SLA. The bidder must be capable of providing Back-to-Back vendor support services for all Solution components for 3 Years, evidence should be provided
