AND ETC EVALUATION OF BID: 4.1 Evaluation of the offer shall be made on lump sum basis. 4.2 Partial quotations shall not be accepted. 4.3 The shall be awarded to the Bidder who fulfils the requirements of the RFQ and the RFQ documents. Nevertheless, preference may be given to a Bidder quoting a higher price (with shortest delivery) or a RFQ may be divided or cancelled without giving any reasons. 4.4 The lowest total price of the quotation shall be used in evaluating the bid. In case the sum total of the individual item prices turn out to be different from the total price, the lesser of the two shall apply. Bid may be rejected in the event of any discrepancy exceeding 5% is detected between the total price and the itemized prices. Materials delivered to KOC Warehouse will be off loaded under the supervision of the company employees during KOC Working Hours as indicated by Receiving Team. 2. Light Materials delivered on Half Lorries not exceeding 2 Tons will be offloaded by the company. 3. Heavy materials which will be delivered on Trailers or inside Containers to be offloaded by the Vendor with his own offloading equipment.
