- The contract concerns the execution of the daily distribution service of newspapers and periodicals in paper format - indicated in the technical specifications - through the composition of individual "bribes" (groups of newspapers with specific combinations of newspapers and/or periodicals, such asregulated in the technical specifications) and delivery of the same to the assignees in the Rai settlements of Rome referred to in the technical specifications. It should be noted that the newspapers and the related quantities indicated in the technical specifications represent a mere estimate made by Rai which takes into account the datahistorians in his possession and of the current internal company provisions regarding the methods of assignment which, evolving over time, will also be able to influence the mix of newspapers subject to delivery and/or the volumes estimated considerably.
The service is articulated as follows:
-Confling and compositionof the bribes;
-Consegna of the same Franco transport and packaging included;
-reportistic at least weekly and monthly deliveries.
Distribution service of newspapers and paper periodicals at the settlements of the Rai of Rome
pursuant to art. 58 of the code, taking into account the principles inmatter, the contract is divided into a single lot identified on the basis of the geographical criterion, guaranteeing the homogeneity of the service levels rendered, as well as allowing constant monitoring of distributions and thus favoring a rationalization in the management of requests.
