- The German Aerospace Center e. V. (DLR) Braunschweig plans to build a four-storey, sub-basement office and laboratory building (building 112).

The type of useThe new building can be described as an office building. The advertised services include two double pump lifting systems (one of them for faecal water), drinking water connection center, as well as AB-drinking water supply (warm and cold) for 10 toilets (one of them barrier-free), two changing rooms with eachTwo shower facilities, 8 tea kitchens, 4 cleaning agents and two first aid rooms. The hot water supply is decentralized. In addition, the setting up of the dry fire diligence including feed points (3 hours) and
withdrawal points (11 hours) is included in the scope of services.
