- The purpose of this market is to supply electricity on a single contract, including access and use of the public distribution network for a set of delivery points (PDL) of the City of Roissy-en-Brie, listed in the annex of the CCTP.
The holder also ensures, for all of thesePDL:
The mission of balance manager, in accordance with article L. 321-15 of the energy code;
the coverage of the ability obligation, generated by the consumption profiles of said delivery points, in accordance with articles L. 335-1 et seq.From November 29, 2016 taken under article R. 335-2 of the same code, relating to the rules of the capacity mechanism.
In addition to the supply and delivery of electricity, the holder must provide the following associated services:
Optimization of access to the network access contractsdistribution, in particular for subscribed powers, in a logic of adequacy between the real need of sites and the pricing power retained;
the provision of an online tracking tool, via a secure web interface, allowing access to consumption and billing data,With customizable access levels;
Regular transmission of consumption exports, in standardized SGE format compatible with the monitoring tools used by the city;
