- The procurement ring, formed by Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku and Oulu (later the cities), acquires an ordering degree training in early childhood education from 1.8.2025 to 31.12.2030 for its early childhood education. AcquisitionIt is the procurement of education services in accordance with Annex E). According to the six largest cities and the state's alliance partnershipwhere the six-cities acquire a Finnish and Swedish-speaking early childhood education teacher and a charter degree training in the Sociology degree in Early Childhood Education. This is the case with the acquisition of ordering training for the Finnish -language early childhood education teacher.
