- With this Europe-wide tender in the open procedure in accordance with Section 119 (3) of the law against restrictions on competition (GWB), Sections 14 (2), 15 Award Ordinance (VGV), the police are intended to provide diesel-powered vehicles of compact, mid-range and transporters with police-specificEquipment (silver traffic blue and neutral) in 5 loose by means of a framework agreement with one list each. The framework agreement ends on December 31, 2026, without a termination, unless in accordance with Section 3 of the supplementary contractual terms (see Appendix 02)an extension option is used for another year, or the special right of termination by the client is asserted, see section 3 of the supplementary contractual terms (see Appendix 02). The expected quantity over every 5 lots is in the basic term of the framework agreement1036 vehicles (see Appendix 04 - Delivery times). However, this is only an expected, i.e. valued amount; More or less quantities are possible. The vehicles are leased in Los 1 over a period of 36 months, in the loose 2 to 5 over 60 months.
