- Expansion of the castle school in Eppstein. Service mandate for structural engineering, § 51 HOAI including building physics in accordance with Appendix 1 No. 1.2.2, No. 1.2.3 and No. 1.2.4 HOAI
The services to be achieved include the performance of structural engineering buildings, § 51 HOAI. It is intended to initiallythe service phases 1 to 3 according to § 51 U. Appendix 14 No. 14.1 HOAI. The client reserves the right to transfer the specialist engineer to the services of performance phases 4 to 6 according to § 51 and Annex 14 No. 14.1 HOAI when continued and implement the construction work. A legal claimThere is no transfer of these services. The services to be achieved also include all basic services in the power of building physics for thermal insulation and energy balance and for construction acoustics according to Appendix 1 November 1.2.2 Paragraph 2 HOAI. It is intended to do benefits here toothe service phases 1 to 3 according to Appendix 1 paragraph 1.2.2 para. 2 HOAI. The client reserves the right to assign the specialist engineer to the performance of the performance phases 4 to 7 according to Appendix 1 N. The castle schoolis a full-time 3.5-day primary school on the way to the pact for all day. In addition, 2 intensive classes are trained at the castle school.
