The services to be achieved include the performance view of technical equipment, § 55 HOAI, plant groups (§ 53 HOAI): 1. Water, water, andGas systems, 2. Heat supply systems 3. Air technology systems 7. Usage -specific or process engineering systems 8. Building automation Correspondable costs (from cost group 400, DIN 276) in accordance with § 54 HOAI approx. 1,430,473.19 EUR (shares of the plant groups: 1 = 23.44 %, 2 = 21.88 %, 3 = 35.94 %,7 = 9.38 %, 8 = 9.38 %). The castle school is a full-time 3.5-day primary school on the way to the pact for all day. In addition, 2 intensive classes are trained at the castle school. The support rate of school childcare there is currently the Main-Taunus district sponsoredat around 70 %. The school currently has 13 classrooms, in addition, the PC room and the workroom can also be used as classrooms by conversion. The school has increasing number of students and four smaller construction areas are implemented in the school district, which means that theClassroom requirement of the school in perspective increases 15 classes. The castle school does not have a cafeteria, which is why the students use the canteen of the neighboring Freiherr-Stein School.
