- The consultation is launched in the form of a tender open according to articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 et seq., R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The market is concluded by framework fixing all the contractual stipulations (executed by means of vouchersorder) and at unit prices with a single awarded. The services are subject to a single market. The minimum amount for the duration of the framework agreement is 2,000,000 euros HT The maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement is 8,000,000 euros excl.CCP, the choice not to allot this market is justified by the following reason (s): - The object of the market does not allow the identification of separate services: the market relates to the same transport line on a given geographic sector and a service (public transport of people) whichcannot be split in their execution. The minimum and maximum amounts of the framework agreement and its duration are fixed in the act of engagement
