- Performance and scope of performance: This LV includes the water and drainage systems as well as parts of the extinguishing systems for a 5-storey office building, and a contract for maintenance and inspection must also be offered for 4 years. The services include the following components: drinking water Setting upOut of 2 separate drinking water networks for 2 parts of the building, based on an independent house connection with softening systems Subdleration with 4 pressure increase systems (area) and hygiene stations Separation stations for fire -fighting axis and domestic water (irrigation technology) Mostly decentralized hot water preparation, partly central hot water preparation by means of memory charging system (generation by the heating system unit) VE water system for the hybrid reset technology and moistening of RLT systems Custom water network to irrigate planting areas approx. 450Furnishing objects of toilet and shower systems Mostly with pre-conversion elements, supply of tea kitchens and other components of other trades (e.g. heat supply and refrigeration systems, kitchen systems) Drinking water yewFurnishing objects approx. 40 lifting systems of different sizes for drainage of drainage objects and floor drains below the backstream level Separate dirt water network for fatty waste water (without fat separator) Dewatering of individual excited areas Connectionall systems to the existing SW house connections dirty water pipe network approx. 7,000m extinguishing water dry and wet filling devices for the extinguishing water storage of the automatic extinguishing systems and for the fire-fighting attack of the fire brigade Setting up a fire-fighting network (wet) with wet hydrante Dry extinguishing pipes with feed -in devices for all floors and staircases, approx. 50 withdrawal points (dry), 4 hydrants (wet) Early commissioning of the extinguishing water supply(Hydrant ...
