• Quotation are invited for Four (4) Years Supply Agreement for Bandages & Dressings Elastic Crepe Bandage size 5cm x 4m approx.., soft non sterile skin colored/natural made of woven knitted cotton, polyester and latex-free elastic yarns. An stretchable bandage used to create localized pressue, support and compression. It uses to treat muscle sprains and strains, hold the splint in place for bone fractures. Aluminum or streatchable clips are used to fasten the bandage in place. No means one single Roll. Minimum 2/3rd of total shelf life (wherever applicable) upon deliveries at KOC Hospital stores. No's 3,200 Elastic Crepe Bandage size 7.5cm x 4m approx.., soft non sterile skin colored/natural made of woven knitted cotton, polyester and latex-free elastic yarns. An stretchable bandage used to create localized pressue, support and compression. It uses to treat muscle sprains and strains, hold the splint in place for bone fractures. Aluminum or streatchable clips are used to fasten the bandage in place. No means one single Roll. Minimum 2/3rd of total shelf life (wherever applicable) upon deliveries at KOC Hospital stores. No's 3,300 Orthopedic Elasticated Tubular Bandage Size G, 12cm x 10m approx.., non sterile skin colored/natural made of knitted cotton fabric with embedded covered elastic rubber threads to-from free moving spirals. It provides consistent pressure and constant support to the treatment area such as strain, sprain & weak joints. It can be used in large thighs. Con means one single roll. Minimum 2/3rd of total shelf life (wherever applicable) upon deliveries at KOC Hospital stores. Sample required for evaluation. Without sample offer will not be considered. CN 4 BID BOND: A Bid Bond as detailed below, in favor of Kuwait Oil Company (K.S.C.) and valid must accompany each offer for 90 days from closing date, issued in the form of letter of guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment B.3 to the Form of Tender.
