- Quotation are invited for Four (4) Years Supply Agreement for "Fecal Immunochemical test/ Discrete Clinical Chemistry Analyzer" Fecal Immunochemical test/ Discrete Clinical Chemistry Analyzer Ref: Quick Run II , Mfr- Fujifilm Japan, or Similar. - Suitable to perform fecal immunochemical test in blood and total protein in urine/cerebrospinal fluid using colloidal gold calorimetric method. - Measurement time shall be a maximum of 9 minutes or better. - Number of samples that can be loaded at a time shall be 10 or better. - Incubation temperature shall be 37°C - LCD Display - Unit shall be suitable to operate on 240V ± 6%, 13A,50 Hz, Single phase power supply - 15µL sample volume - 225 µL reagent volume - LED light source - Any suitable supplier - NO mean 1 single device. - Sample or Original Catalogue required for evaluation, without which, offer shall not be considered. Consumables including test kit and controls for performing fecal immunochemical 120 test/year Ref: Consumables & Controls for Wako Quick Run II , Mfr- Fujifilm, Japan, or Similar. - Any suitable supplier - To Submit break down list consumables including test kit and control with its unit price) - Sample or Original Catalogue required for evaluation, without which, offer shall not be considered. - Minimum 2/3rd of total shelf life (wherever applicable) upon deliveries at KOC Hospital stores. Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee in Arabic language equal to KD 500 in favor of the Kuwait Oil Company (K.S.C.) and valid for 90 days validity period of the tender, issued in the form of letter of guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tendered shall duty fill in and complete Attachment B to the Form of Tender. The successful Tenderer shall submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee in KWD equivalent to the value of 10% of the contract value. Tender fee amount shall be KD 25 (non-refundable).
