- This assignment includes a framework agreement with 3 contractors for the out of the back and recovery of the loans for future exhibitions and collection presentations in the MSK Gent. The MSK Gent also acts as a purchasing center for the other museums housed among the AGBs of StadGhent (Huis van Alijn, Industriemuseum, Stam, S.M.A.K. and Design Museum Ghent) supplemented with IVA Historical Houses and possibly also the Gum and Museum Dr. Guislain. The assignment is valid for 4 years and grants the tenderers no exclusivity. The framework agreement is awarded to (maximum) threetenderers. These are invited for each sub-assignment to participate in a mini-competition, on which the sub-assignment is awarded.
