- This consultation concerns the complete project management and studies services, for public lighting on the ways and public spaces of the City of Villeurbanne and realization / monitoring of a Light Development Direction (SDAL). On behalf and under the responsibilityFrom the Public Lighting Service, the service provider will establish a SDAL - a real multi -year planning plan for lighting ahead of the consistency of the equipment, photometric results at the service of users as well as compliance with the city's energy and environmental commitments.
