- The subject of this open procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery and assembly of furniture, in particular electromotually height -adjustable desks and roll containers, for consultant places in various branches of the AOK Plus in Saxony and Thuringia.

A detailed service description is attached to the application conditions as Appendix 1-1. The description of the mobiliaries along with the illustrations/sketches attached can be found in the system 1-2 and attach A-C. The expectedDelivery addresses and the expected number of delivery per branch can be found in Appendix 1-3. With regard to the expected order volume, reference is made to the quantities mentioned in the service description (Annex 1-1). All information given there is used for the estimated order volumeOnly the calculation and are not a guaranteed acceptance volume, so that the forecast volume can also be exceeded or below. Accordingly, the contractor is not entitled to delivery and remuneration of a determined amount of the products advertised here.The client is entitled to access a maximum volume of order of a maximum of 300 electromotor -height -adjustable consultant places plus accessories and 300 roll containers from this framework contract.Heavy ... - Documents :
