To carry out its missions, the CD13 has machines and materials, assigned within its various services, of which it must ensure maintenance. The services, objects ofPresent consultation, concern the supply and delivery of spare parts and maintenance services intended for equipment assigned to the maintenance missions of the departmental road network but also for those of departmental forest massifs. The spare parts delivered byThe holder will be either so -called "original ride" documents, or so -called "spare parts of equivalent quality spare" in reference to official standards, established by the 2007/46/EC directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the 5092007, establishing a framework for the reception ofmotor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and technical entities intended for these vehicles. The materials concerned by this market are of different types and/or brands.
