- The Fraunhofer Institute for Process Technology and Packaging IVV, Freising, has developed the solvent-based process for recovery of high-quality plastics and/or metals from plastic waste fractions. This process is based on a physical solution that the separationDifferent polymers on a molecular level enables the use of specific solvent formulations and can be applied to most thermoplastics. All other non-target polymers, organic and inorganic substances and contamination of the processed source materialRemain unresolved, which leads to a very high potential for cleaning. Several aggregates are now required to process the process of implementing the solvent -based recycling process on a small -scale scale. The aggregates must be in an existing technical center of Fraunhofer-IVV, Freisingbe installed. There is already an explosion protection document for this technical center, which defines "Zone 1" and "Zone 2" in the outer space inside the aggregate "Zone 1". The aggregates must be operated manually and operated batch. The following is for the technical system for theSolvent -based recycling required: 1x system planning 1x drying unit 35 liters 1x drying unit 105 liter 2x stirring kettle 150 liters 1x control cabinet with components The order must be the planning, production, assembly, device -specific acceptance and delivery of the aggregates and system partsinclude the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Technology and Packaging in Freising.
