- Freight Capacity Upgrade Program - Leven River Bridge Strengthening
The objective of this procurement is to engage a construction contractor to undertake the works designed to improve freight efficiency on this key strategic transport route. This objective will be achieved by upgrading the capacity of the Leven River Bridge B5484, allowing it to carry heavy loads in the form of Higher Mass Load vehicles.
Prequalification : Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of State Growth under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts in the Bridgeworks Category B2 and/or Specialist Category Bridge Maintenance (BM) with a Financial Level of F5, or higher, are eligible to tender for this project.
