- The Works to be carried out under the Measured Term Contract generally comprise various individual small works projects as part of ongoing maintenance works to existing buildings noted in the Asset List in Section 2.3.1. Examples of typical scope of Works are detailed in the Schedule of Rates in Attachment 4.
