The in -house operation of the city building Esslingen am Neckar, Ritterstrasse 17, 73728 Esslingen, intends the general renovation of the community school, Blumenstr. 10, 73728 Esslingen.
The schoolis very representative due to the central downtown location, the direct relationship with the Schillerpark and the classicist design language. The Wilhelminian buildings (main and connecting construction with gymnasium) were under monument protection.
The total construction measure consists of the modernizationand optimization of the existing school areas of UG-DG, as well as connecting construction and gymnasium.
