1. The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 Various CITY AGRICULTURE Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Four Pesos (₱1,762,654.00) only. being the ABC to payments under the contract for Goods 2025-029 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Catbalogan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty-Five (35) days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
