Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Cardiovascular Catheterization Supplies (57 Line Items-Framework Agreement for One (1) Year)
Reference No. IB No. 25-139
1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of one (1) year, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 6,155,760.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 25-139. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Cardiovascular Catheterization Supplies (57 Line Items - Framework Agreement for One (1) Year. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off.
