- These bidding bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the process of acquiring "support service in complex images and procedures of the breast for the La Florida hospital", and regulate among other aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its form of evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contract, and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. It should be borne in mind that the service associated with this acquisition must comply with the specifications of these bases. He will not be able to Supplier to offer a different service to that established in these bidding bases or accessories or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements. Any non -required extra will not be considered in the evaluation.
