The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works on three out of six sections falling within the scope of the project: "Reconstruction of the biological diversity of the Nida Valley, by rebuilding ecological corridors and increasing ground retention", implemented under the contract No. FEPW.02.03-IW.01-0002/24For co-financing of the project under the European Funds program for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 Priority FEPW II. Energy and climate Action: 2.3. Biodiversity, concluded between: the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management based in Warsaw and the State Water FarmPolish waters, i.e. on the sections:
- 1.2 Restoration of the patency of the ecological corridor of the Nida River and its tributaries - opening migration barriers for aquatic organisms on the Nida and Brzeźnica rivers,
- 1.3 Restorationaquatic organisms on the Mierzawa river,
