Description : 1. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Camarines Sur, through Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA) no. CO-R5-101-2025-04-196, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 1,105,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENHANCED NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM (ENGP) - PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ESTABLISHED PLANTATION (PMEP) YEAR 2 FOR CY 2025: 110.50 HA (OTHER FRUIT) LOCATED AT SCOUT FUENTEBELLA, GOA, CAMARINES SUR/4TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT/TAMBANG RIVER WATERSHED with Identification Number PCS-ENGP-PMEP-Y2-2025-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
