CO-R5-101-2025-04-196, intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENHANCED NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM (ENGP) - PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ESTABLISHED PLANTATION (PMEP) YEAR 2 FOR CY 2025: 90 HA (OTHER FRUIT) LOCATED AT SALOG, GOA AND PINAMIHAGAN,LAGONOY, CAMARINES SUR/4TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT/TAMBANG RIVER WATERSHED with Identification Number PCS-ENGP-PMEP-Y2-2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
