CO-R5-101-2025-04-196, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 420,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENHANCED NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM (ENGP) - PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ESTABLISHED PLANTATION (PMEP) YEAR 2 FOR CY 2025: 42 HA (OTHER FRUIT (INDIGENOUS SPECIES)) LOCATED AT BALOMBON AND QUINALE, CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR/3RD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT/TIGMAN RIVER WATERSHED with Identification Number PCS-ENGP-PMEP-Y2-2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
