Invitation to Bid for Establishment of Village Type Food Processing Center at Prk. 3, Brgy. Palian, Tupi, South Cotabato
1. The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the 20% LDF 8711-PAGRI-3.10.3 1-07-04-990 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 2,499,995.59, Establishment of Village Type Food Processing Center at Prk. 3, Brgy. Palian, Tupi, South Cotabato / INF - ITB 25 - 061 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of South Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
