Invitation to Bid for INFRA-2025-006 CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER/OPERATION CENTER AND CLUSTERED RESPONSE CENTER, BARANGAY 06 POBLACION, CATBALOGAN CITY
1. The City Government of Catbalogan, through the 5% Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (P4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA-2025-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Catbalogan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, Completion of the Works is required One Hundred (100) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
