1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the SB#2/20% DF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 7/100 (Php4,786,424.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION ABUTMENT BRIDGE AT PUROK 2, KATIPUNAN, NABUNTURAN [Riprapping of Bridge Abutment and Construction of 113 ln.m. Revetment] - SB#2/20% DF CY 2024 with Purchase Request No. 25-0853 under Civil Works No. CW25-039 REBID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
