1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Maintenance & Improvement of Government Facilities CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-04-172 IMPROVEMENT OF FELIPE ABRIGO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (MAIN BUILDING), Guiuan, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
