INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES

1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO- A.O. #7, S. 2025- Purchase of Medicines/Drugs/Medical Supplies/Other Hospital Supplies intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty-Three Thousand Sixty-Two Pesos Only (PhP1,083,062.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-04-045 PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES, Eastern Samar with the following items;
