LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF VAWC OFFICE
1. The Local Barangay of Sto. Niño, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and 19/100 (P 99,969.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Labor and Materials for the Improvement of VAWC Office with Project Identification Number 25-STONINO-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Barangay of Sto. Niño, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund of CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and 19/100 (P 99,969.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
