- The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the additional support in the transportation and disposal of leachate from the Perdido Landfill at 13009 Beulah Road Cantonment Florida 32533. Transportation and disposal will be for periods where the current hauler cannot accommodate our demand. (as-needed). Laboratory analysis of our leachate is attached and downloadable. Leachate removal will be permitted during normal operating hours Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 330pm.
