1. The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE OF
RIZAL through the General Appropriations Act FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos only (PhP1,224,000.00) divided into three (3) lots [Lot 1- Six Hundred Five Thousand Pesos only (PhP605,000.00)] [Lot 2 - Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (PhP49,500.00)] [Lot 3 - Five Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (PhP569,500.00)] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LEASE OF VENUE WITH MEALS AND PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES FOR THE PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW ON SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM SY 2024-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
