Event and goal
The Committee on Urban Planning and Building Regulations on July 5, 2023 passed the statute decision for the development plan with green order No. 2138 "Lerchenauer Strasse". So it isThe decisive step towards realizing the new, sustainable quarters northeast of the pheasant giant. (Appendix-B-Plan Plant and text part No. 2138)
A new, sustainable neighborhood is to be built on Lerchenauer Strasse in Feldmoching. 1,700 apartments, of which around 1,000are publicly funded, offer affordable living space for different income groups. In addition, a school campus, six daycare centers, several social institutions and shops are planned. Climate-friendly energy and mobility concepts ensure sustainability.
The residential buildings of theNew quarters northeast of the pheasant giant are arranged around green housing. A marketplace on Lerchenauer Strasse with shops, restaurants and cafes is the center of the neighborhood. There is also a stop for buses and the new tram line. A parker Anger offersLeisure opportunities such as play areas for young people, sporting offers and meeting points in the countryside. Other green places in the district with seating and playing options invite you to linger.
