- As a provider of statutory accident insurance, BG Verkehr qualifies the insured persons of its member companies in one or several days of seminars on the topics of occupational safety and health protection. The subject of the open award procedure is the conclusion of framework contracts withConference facilities within the Federal Republic of Germany on hotel services for prevention seminars. In addition to all the resources required for seminar drafts (seminar room, possibly group work rooms, media equipment, internet connection, catering, etc.)Accommodation options for the participants and the speakers are made available. Due to the nationwide jurisdiction of the client, the service is to be assigned to regions in 17 lots. The individual lots are advertised one after the other.The subject of this procedure is the lot 18: The conclusion of a framework contract with conference centers in the centrally located postcode areas 360 to 362 About hotel services for prevention seminars The BG Verkehr, which the client can be reached nationwideOffers places. Every year, BG Verkehr plans to be around 50 seminar events with different duration in the aforementioned postcode area. A framework contract with 4 contractors is to be concluded in this region. The framework contract will be carried out with a term from 01.01.2026 to the31.12.2028. The contractual relationship thus ends on December 31, 2028 without a termination. A maximum of the following number of seminars can be called up during the runtime via the framework agreement for Los 18: one -day seminars: 3; Three -day seminars: 141; Four -daySeminars: 6. This award procedure only affects the lot 18. The requirements for the conference hotel, the rooms and the conference rooms can be found in the service description.
