- The clients intend to modernize schools and daycare centers in the urban area. The modernizations are intended to meet the need to expand capacity and to maintain capacity in dealing with the buildings for the educational infrastructure. The city of Leipzig pursues a schooland day -care off strategy, on the basis of which a transparent and effective implementation of the modernization projects should be carried out. The corresponding measures are often to be carried out in blocks in very narrow periods. The measures are carried out according to the school and daycare issue strategy until the year2030 and beyond. They are based on the annual update of the school and daycare issue of the city of Leipzig. The individual measures are carried out according to the prioritization carried out by the city within the respective calendar year. Based on prioritizationThe individual measures are also commissioned. Not all measures from the school and day-care center strategy will be implemented through the framework contract, but only part of the upcoming measures. Simple standardized planning projects are said tobe awarded. More demanding planning projects are awarded outside of the framework contract using individual tenders.
